Welcome to Rubus DB

Rubus Database (RubusDB) is dedicated to maintain and integrate comprehensive datasets on genomics, transcriptomics and mutation for raspberry (Rubus). Currently, telomere-to-telomere gap-free genome assemblies and genotypic data of Rubus rosifolius(XMM) and Rubus eustephanos(DHP) are available in our database. Gene product information is updated regularly from the latest published literatures and community data submissions. RubusDB also provides basic analysis tools to facilitate research application.
